Overview

Privana North is the third project of Privana Township by DLF. Located in sector 76, Gurgaon. DLF is planning to develop the township in sectors 76-77 near the SPR. This is spread over 130 acres of land. A total of 2 projects have been launched, and Privana North is going to launch soon. This is a RERA-approved project, and the RERA number is GGM/819/551/2024/46. This township comes under the DLF phase 6 that the DLF plans.

Introduction

Privana North is spread over 20 acres of land. The North is offering the 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. These apartments are so spacious compared to the projects delivered by this township. The apartment’s size is from 3,977 sq. ft. to 7,000 sq. ft. There are a total of 6 tall towers. The apartments are 4 to core, and 2 penthouses are on the top floor of the tower. A total of 795 apartments and 12 penthouses. It is also a low-density development.
