DLF always brings something new and delivers its best. It has no real competitors; its only competition is with itself. After successfully developing DLF Phase 1 to Phase 5, DLF is now planning to create DLF Phase 6.
DLF Phase 5 is the most expensive and premium area among all the phases, known for its top-quality infrastructure and luxury projects. Now, with Phase 6, DLF is planning something even bigger and better.
1. Introduction to DLF Phase 6
Phase 6 will be developed over 600 acres and is expected to become one of the most in-demand areas in Gurgaon. Why? Because DLF is planning to build Cyber City 2 here. Yes, you heard it right: Cyber City 2, which will be twice as big as the current Cyber City. As we know, Cyber City made Gurgaon famous as an IT hub, and Cyber City 2 is expected to be even better.
In this new Phase 6 area, DLF has already launched two residential projects, DLF Privana South and DLF Privana West, and DLF Privana North is coming soon. Along with these, future commercial hubs are also planned, making this area the new urban center of Gurgaon.
2. Prime Location & Connectivity
- Located near SPR Road, Cloverleaf is just 2 minutes away and is well connected to Dwarka and NH-48. The Dwarka Expressway gives smooth and fast connectivity to IGI Airport and other parts of Delhi.
- NH-48 connects to major areas of Gurgaon like Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and Golf Course Road, and also connects directly to Delhi. You can also reach the IGI Airport easily using this highway.
- The area is surrounded by the Aravali Hills and the Leopard Trail, which add a lot of greenery and provide fresh air. Because of all this greenery, the air quality here is better compared to other parts of Gurgaon.
3. Smart Infrastructure & Planning
- DLF is developing the infrastructure in this area to make it better. They are building wide roads, highways, and underpasses and doing underground wiring just like they did on Golf Course Road. These underpasses help people travel faster and save time.
- Some big companies like American Express in Sector 74A have already come, and more than 500 companies are expected to come after Cyber City 2 is built.
- DLF is also planning to build schools, hospitals, and malls in the area. They have already built a wide road that connects SPR Road to Privana Township. All this shows that DLF is working hard on making the area’s infrastructure strong and modern.
4. Residential Growth: DLF Privana
- DLF has made a township called Privana, which is spread over 130 acres of land. In this Privana township, DLF has already launched two projects. The first project is Privana South, which is built on 25 acres of land and is located in Sector 77, Gurgaon.
- The second project is Privana West, which is spread over 12.6 acres of land and is located in Sector 76, Gurgaon. Only 20-25% of the land is used for buildings, and 80% of the area is kept for greenery. It is a gated society with full security.
- Both projects offer 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. Both were sold out within just 3 days of launch.
- Now, DLF is soon going to launch a new residential project in the Privana Township. The name of this project is Privana North.
- It will be built on 20 acres of land and will have a total of 6 towers. Each tower will have 2 penthouses on the top floor.
- The apartments will be designed as 4 apartments per floor (four to a core), and some floors will have 2 apartments per floor (two to a core) for more space and privacy.
5. Commercial Expansion
- DLF is developing Phase 6, and in this area, they will build many commercial projects. The most exciting part is that Cyber City 2 will be developed here by DLF. It will be twice as big as the current Cyber City.
- This is great news for Privana Township investors and end users, because the value of their investment could grow a lot by the time Cyber City 2 is ready. Cyber City 2 is expected to have more than 500 companies.
- Many of these will be MNCs and IT companies. Some companies, like American Express in Sector 74A and DLF Corporate Greens, have already started setting up offices. Many more companies will come even before Cyber City 2 is completed.
