DLF’s upcoming new launch project, DLF Privana DLF Phase 6

DLF is planning to develop Phase 6 in Gurgaon, which will include Sectors 74A, 75A, 75, 76, and 77. As part of this, DLF is building a new residential project called DLF Privana.

  • The DLF Privana Township will be very large, spread over about 160 acres. DLF has already bought 130 acres. The remaining 30 acres will be bought later and developed in different stages. DLF already launched 2 residential projects, and a project is going to launch soon.
  • DLF Privana is a premium housing project located in Sectors 76 and 77 of Gurgaon, offering luxury homes and world-class living spaces.

DLF Privana South

Privana South was the first project of the Privana Township. It was launched in January 2024. Spread across 25 acres with 1,113 luxury units. It offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses, with sizes ranging from about 3,577 sq. ft. to 5,400 sq. ft. Contains 7 towers, each with a height of G+40 floors. Each tower has 2 penthouses, 7 towers total 14 penthouses.

  • When it was launched, the starting price was around ₹17,000 per sq. ft., meaning a 4 BHK apartment cost about ₹6.2 crore.
  • The project is designed to provide luxury and comfort, with residents enjoying top-class facilities and lots of green open spaces.

DLF Privana West

After the success of Privana South, DLF launched Privana West in Sector 76.

  • Privana West is the second project and is built on about 12.6 acres of land. This project has 5 high-rise towers, each with 40 floors. It offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses.
  • The size of the apartments is around 3,700 sq. ft., and the penthouses are about 5,500 sq. ft.
  • The starting price is about ₹20,000 per sq. ft., so apartment prices begin from around ₹7.2 crore. Privana West has only 20% of its build-up area, and the rest is for greenery.
  • The project focuses on green living, with 85% open spaces, and offers modern facilities like a clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and other premium amenities.

DLF Privana New Launch:

The newest addition to the Privana Township will be launching soon in Sector 76, Gurgaon. The project will be spread over 20 acres and will have 6 high-rise towers, which will be taller than the towers in the earlier phases.

  • This new project will offer ultra-luxury 4 BHK apartments and penthouses, with sizes around 4,000 sq. ft. for apartments and 7,000 sq. ft. for penthouses.
  • The new apartments will be bigger than those in the earlier Privana projects.
  • The project will also feature a large clubhouse, about 1.25 lakh sq. ft. in size.
  • The starting price for these new apartments will be around ₹25,000 per sq. ft., making the total price approximately ₹10 crore.
  • DLF plans to offer beautiful panoramic views of the Aravalli Hills, lots of green open spaces, and top-quality amenities, continuing its tradition of creating premium, luxury homes.

DLF Phase 6 Overview

DLF Phase 6 is visualized as a self-sustained community that integrates residential, commercial, retail, and recreational spaces. Strategically located along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). It offers excellent connectivity to major expressways, including the Dwarka Expressway and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. 

  • We all know that DLF developed the famous DLF Cyber City, which brought many MNCs (multinational companies) to Gurgaon. Because of DLF’s development, Gurgaon has become a major IT hub. People from all over India come here for jobs and choose to settle down. Now, DLF is planning to develop DLF Cyber City 2 on 385 acres, which will be even bigger than the current Cyber City. Just like Cyber City and Cyber Hub, Cyber City 2 will also be offered on lease, meaning many big companies and MNCs are expected to set up their offices here.
  • The township is also near the upcoming Cyber City 2, enhancing its appeal for both residents and investors.
  • This will make the Privana township even more attractive and high in demand. Since there will be limited units and prices will be high, property prices are likely to increase sharply in the next 1-2 years. 
  • DLF Phase 6 stands as a testament to DLF’s commitment to creating world-class living environments in Gurgaon. This expansive development spans approximately 600 acres and is designed to offer a blend of luxury living, commercial spaces, Retail and green landscapes.
