This project has a very flexible payment plan that is made to suit all kinds of people, whether they are home buyers or investors. The total payment is divided into different stages (slabs), and you can pay the full amount over 4.5 to 5 years.
- EOI (Expression of Interest) is ₹50 lakh.
- After that, you need to pay 10% of the total amount within 1 month (this includes the ₹50 lakh EOI).
- Then, 15% must be paid within 4 months of booking.
- After that, another 10% needs to be paid within the next 5 months (after the second 15% payment).
So, within 9 months, you will have paid 35% of the total amount.
After 9 months, the remaining amount will be paid in 7 installments of 7.5% each. These payments will be based on the construction progress. Each instalment will come with a gap of 6 to 7 months.

The remaining 12.5% amount will be paid in two parts:
