DLF Privana Sector 76-77 Gurgaon: A Masterplan of Luxury, Space & Green Living.

Introduction

DLF has planned a big residential township in Sector 76-77, Gurgaon. In this township, DLF has already launched two residential projects called Privana South and Privana West. Now, they have recently launched the third project, DLF Privana North. This township is spread across 116 acres, where 3 projects have already been launched, and many more are planned in the future.

Privana South

Privana South was the first residential project in the Privana Township. It is located in Sector 77, Gurgaon and is spread over 25 acres of land. The project has 7 towers, each with a height of G+41 floors. Each floor has 4 apartments.

It offered 4 BHK apartments and penthouses.

  • The size of 4 BHK apartments was around 3,799 sq. ft.
  • The size of the penthouses was around 5,599 sq. ft.

Privana West

Privana West was the second project in the township, located in Sector 76, Gurgaon. It offered 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. The sizes of both the 4 BHK apartments and penthouses were almost the same.

The project had 5 towers, each with a height of G+41 floors, and was spread over 12.6 acres. There were 4 apartments on each floor (4 to a core). The penthouses were located only on the top floors of each tower, and each tower had just 2 penthouses, so there were a total of 10 penthouses in the project.

Privana North

Privana North is the third project in this township. It is spread over 17.7 acres. The best part is that the towers have a glass façade, which gives them a modern and premium look. The apartment sizes in this project are bigger than the previous ones.

There are 6 towers in total, and the project has entry and exit from two sides. It is separated from the Privana West project by a 24 meter wide road.

This project also offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses:

  • The size of the 4 BHK apartments is 3,977 sq. ft.
  • The size of the penthouses is 7,798 sq. ft.

These sizes are much larger compared to the apartments in the earlier launched projects.

Privana Township

DLF always focuses on leaving open spaces in its projects. That’s why 80% of the area is open space and only 20% is used for buildings. DLF has kept 116 acres of land only for residential projects, and this is where the Privana township is being developed. Three projects have already been launched, and more upcoming DLF projects will also be part of this township.

This township is considered one of the best because it is located near the Leopard Trail, which is a popular spot for visitors. From here, you get a full view of the Aravali Hills. The area is full of greenery, very peaceful, and calm. People come here to relax their minds. And it’s just 200 meters away from the township. Because of the Leopard Trail and greenery, the air quality here is also very good.
