Privana West is a part of the Privana Township by DLF, located in Sector 76, Gurgaon. This township is included in DLF Phase 6. Privana West is the second project in this township, and the third project will be launched soon. The best part is that it is just 5 minutes away from DLF Cyber City 2, an upcoming commercial project right on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).

Privana West floor plan is spread across 12.6 acres of land. It offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. There are 5 towers, each with a height of 41 floors. The apartments have 4 units per floor, while the penthouses have 2 units per tower. However, the penthouses are located on the top floors of the tower.
This project has a total of 800 apartments and only 10 luxury penthouses, which makes them very exclusive. There are only about 64 homes per acre, which means it is low-density and more spacious. Each tower will have 3 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator to move between the floors.

The size of the apartments in Privana West is 3,577 sq. ft., and the penthouses are about 5,477 sq. ft. When the project was launched, the price was between ₹17,600 to ₹22,600 per sq. ft., depending on the tower and floor. Now, the property is available for resale, and the price has increased to around ₹18,500 to ₹23,000 per sq. ft.
Because of this, the 4 BHK apartments are now priced between ₹6.7 to ₹8.25 crore, and penthouses range from ₹9.6 crore to ₹12.5 crore. In just one year, the value of these homes has increased by around ₹1 crore onwards, showing strong price appreciation.
Payment price
Privana West has a payment plan for buyers and investors so they don’t face any problems while paying for their homes. The total payment is divided into different stages:
- Booking Amount: ₹50 lakhs to be paid at the time of booking the apartment.
- Within 30 days of application: 10% of the total price, including the booking amount.
- After 4 months of application: 15% of the total price.
- When foundation work starts: 10%
- When the ground floor is completed: 10%
- When the 10th floor is completed: 10%
- When the 24th floor is completed: 10%
- When terrace work is completed: 20%
- At the time of Occupation Certificate (OC): 10%
- At the time of possession (when you get the home): about 5%
