DLF is set to launch a grand project in Sector 76, Gurgaon, called Privana North. These are new residential projects that will be launched within a month. This project is expected to be one of the best because of its beautiful design, modern architecture, latest appliances, future development in the area, and great connectivity.
Introduction
Privana North will have 6 of the tallest towers ever built by DLF. It is a part of the Privana Township , where two projects are already launched, Privana South and Privana West. Both of these projects were sold out in just 3 days due to high demand.
Privana North will be spread over 20 acres of land. Out of this, 80% is kept for greenery, and only 20% is for construction. It will offer 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. Each floor will have 4 apartments, and only 2 penthouses will be on the top floor of each tower.

Privana North offers 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. The apartments here are bigger than those in the earlier projects.

- The penthouse is even larger, with a size of about 7,000 sq. ft.
There will be only 12 penthouses in 6 towers, so they are very limited.
Price Details
The price of Privana North will depend on the size of the apartment and the floor you choose. The price per square foot is around ₹25,000. The starting price of the apartments is around ₹10 crore. The penthouses will start from ₹30 crore onwards.
Payment Plan
The payment plan is suitable for both homebuyers and investors, so anyone can buy their dream home in Privana. The plan is easy and convenient because it follows a construction-linked payment system. Payments are divided into stages (called slabs) based on the progress of construction.First, you need to pay an EOI (Expression of Interest) of ₹50 lakhs to book your apartment. After that, your first payment will be around 20% of the total cost, which includes the ₹50 lakhs EOI. The remaining payments will be asked for over time as construction moves forward in different slabs.
